To be fair, why would you think medical assistance would be provided from the original post? It says no contact (outside of internet). You could use your phone or computer to contact an expert, though

it's close to how i live anyway, so i almost said yes. but i know that i would live in isolation for 2.5 yrs, and then get so sick that i would either die or have to tap out and forfeit the 3 mill
