Yes. You are literally handed Poisoned Apples at least once during the Dark Brotherhood questline.

During the same questline, you can also poison a vampire character by reverse-pickpocketing garlic into his inventory (it won't kill him on its own, but it will make him significantly weaker and easier for you to kill).

Notably, garlic is explicitly not a weakness for any other vampires in the series, and this specific vampire's negative reaction to garlic seems to be something that's unique to him, as (according to one note you can find) he has no idea how or why garlic has that effect on him but he knows for sure that it does have such an effect.

And they spawn before the questline even! You can go right to Fort Farragut, take the easy way in, and then go right to the barrel for some expensive, respawning P'apples. Gotta lockpick your way in first, IIRC, but that's no biggie. My favorite little money-making strategy.

Self-crafted poisons are one of if not the most broken form of combat in Oblivion. They're still OP in Skyrim, but far more enemy types are posion-immune / resistant.

There's also a guy allergic to honey, and who also steals food. You can place mead on a nearby table and he will drink it.
