In a Random United States Prison.

Once you accept the money you will magically get telepoted to a random prison. Where you will spend the next 5 years straight. You could end up in GP or a Single man cell. You will have protection from any harm though. And you will have access to the 5 million during your stay.

And access to the funds... You could come out with quite a bit more than 5 mil after 5 years.

It's tough. Would need to know how often you can have visitors.

There are a lot more small-time prisons than rough ones overall.

Absolutely not, I've spent 24 hours in jail over an extremely minor weed offense when I was a lot younger and that was excruciating. I have a feeling 90%+ of the people saying money have never seen the inside of a jail cell.

According to some of those prison documentaries, most aren't as bad as in the movies being run by gangbangers and druglords where you get raped on the regular. Lots of regular people who fucked up trying to do their time and get out.

I'd have to research what the majority of prisons are actually like in this day and age before making that decision.

No harm in a US prison? In gen pop? Dudes be flinging feces at you when you walk past the cells. Even an armed escort isn't enough, cause they'd want to get to you, they'd see it as a challenge.
