I voted GOAT, top 3 would also work. Outside of steroids, not having him top 5 would be suspect. I don't really care that he took steroids, because he was a 5 tool player on the Pirates, and won two MVP awards, so he likely would have been a clear HOFer anyways if he continued on a steroid-less career[i do not know too much about his use. timeframes and all that. my understanding is he was clean in Pittsburgh but started using in San Fransisco]. But in an era where everybody was doing it, he did, and was significantly better than them all. He was walked 232 times in a season once, one of the rare records we may never see broken again that doesn't have to do with the sport being different in the current day(like Cy Youngs wins record will never be touched because the pitching staffs are more elaborate and guys only throw like 30-35 starts a season now).
