A day ago, I dreamed about a neat video game concept.

Today, I had the recurring dream about a fisherman & his family in a poor country. Kaiju build-up plot. Plays out like a movie & the dream has always been vivid. Cool stuff but some damned reason everyone has impossibly tall boats, the background horizon always has stupid shit like giant flying fish, etc. & it always ends in a relevant C plot about a dude raising one of the kaijus but ends up eating him. For some reason it is always claymation.

The End.

Played golf.

I still stink at the game even in my dreams.

Dreamt I was on an airplane for a business trip and somehow the hotel was right at the airport and work had arranged for a happy hour at the hotel.

Things that would never happen, basically.

The butt of some chick who was wearing some booty shorts short enough that it may as well be panties. She was a fast walker too, like she was able to walk like 5 feet a second, she walks so fast she looked like she was hovering. I just couldnt stop thinking about it, maybe Im just going slowly insane or perhaps Im already insane I dunno at this point anymore.

all I know is that I saw nice booty from a girl who walks REAL FAST. Like she covered 20 feet in 2 minutes and I was like wtf this lady walks fast. I saw her walking like a block away, I was parking my car about to get ready to get in my apartment and bam she just pops up like 2 minutes later. I was like

two nights ago i dreamt about homelander invading my dream . tried to kill him with a kamehameha wave but the wave didnt want to shoot out :(

don't remember the dream i had last night

Something about Captain America fighting a giant robot controlled by the head of a woman with one of those 1940s haircuts (she looked similar to Peggy, but wasn't) who wanted to be his girlfriend. When she revealed this to him he did a horrified Luke Skywalker-style "NOOOOO!! NOOOOOO!!"

That's about all I remember.

As usual, my anxieties manifested in weird ways to psychologically torment me

An inconsequential and vague dream about being next to my car, and inside my car, and driving my car.

Last night's dream.
Came home from work. Cousin came up & invited me to the new card shop in town that was like a 5 minute walk from the house. Despite the big fancy sign, the shop was just someone's house & the inventory was random packs & folders with no pricing & whatnot. Exit & walk thorough banana fields for miles back to return home. By then it is dark & we ended up at my aunt's.

House was just a small kitchen. Sudden storm & tornadoes which led us to the warehouse like basement full of old appliances. Another tornado & we go deeper into another basement which was just school gym of sorts, complete with big windows & my dog was there because why not. The end.

I have amazing dreams, but I usually can only remember them for about an hour or so after waking up so it's already gone...

But I do remember yesterday's dream where I was playing some weird TF2 spinoff

few nights ago i just dreamt that i slept terribly, which made me feel like i slept terribly all day despite the fact that i actually got more sleep than i usually do

guess my brain just hates me

i dreamt of elden ring battle royale with all my classmates in college

I was seeing a doctor but he wasn't a good doctor. He invited like 6 of his buddies in to what should have been a private consultation. No privacy whatsoever. I don't know what I was even seeing him for. But he helped me powerwash my house so he was kind of a bro.

I haven't had a dream in years. I think I wake up too often to get there. I used to always dream and I was able to recall them quite well before my sleep issues started.

I fully blanked out last night. I went to bed, then woke up having apparently pulled a cover onto myself, then had to seriously wonder what happened before then. Seriously don't even remember lying down.

Now the night prior I had a very strange 'nightmare'. It was me and someone I know, in a horror setting like Elden Ring mixed with fallout 4. Had to navigate ruined buildings to avoid some entity stalking us because it was a threat/killer. That's when it eventually took a weird turn, because the stalker was just a sexier Blaidd. I then recall feeling conflicted, because it was revealed he wasn't gonna kill, just wanted to know why we were making racket and running away.

Then I woke up very confused.

dreamt that i was still in the airforce and was waiting for my time to leave (i had like a few months left).

A very weird dream that is probably against the rules. I NEVER and I mean never have those type of dreams either. So it made this one just that much weirder.

Dreams like that seriously make me wonder just WTF is up with dreams.

I don't remember for last night but I wanna tag this topic because I have been having a lot of really weird dreams lately and had been thinking of making a dream log topic.

Granted, this one was a few years ago but it stuck with me cause i think it's kinda funny.

In the dream i was watching some standup comedian, and you know how some talk to the audience.
So he talks to the guy next to me, "what do you do for a living?"
The guy responds that he's the top something, like the number one of whatever it is he's doing, and they riff on that for a bit.

Then the standup turns to me and goes "and you, are you also a top something?"
Which i respond with "nah, i prefer to be a bottom"

Last night i dreamt i was playing one of the Mass Effect games, and somehow while being in the ship, every NPC aggroed on me.
And cause you can't have weapons on the ship, i had to punch them all down

Hoped jumping to another system would reset and fix it.
It didn't

I dreamed about having an argument about Trump with my brother, even though in real life he hates Trump. Its like he took on my dad's personality in the dream

Living in a nice quiet house.

I actually had a dream last night!! I could only remember flashes of faces from it though. They were flesh and blood people but their faces were shaped like dolls. There was something scary going on too. I woke up feeling very uneasy, like you would feel if you knew you were being followed but didn't know who or why.

It has been so long since I could wven remember having a dream. It was kind of exciting, despite that being all I could rememeber. I really miss the dreams.

Nothing much of substance last night.
The only thing I recall was seeing a chocolate bar infused with bits of marshmallow bananas, but it was so prohibitively expensive that just buying an individual broken-off piece cost 10 dollars.

I don't dream anymore. Time just moves...

Ever had those dreams where there's something cool you totally have & convince yourself that you'll find it when you wake up & all you get is overwhelming disappointment? :(

Had a few today:

Dream 1: was beating up an elderly man because he touched my younger sister inappropriately. i didn't want to kill him so i had to use less power. Idr much else.

Dream 2: I was in highschool again. Went to the main office to get my schedule. The people working as staff were my closest friends from that period. We just talked for a while.

Dream 3: about a killer lizardman living in a small section of a lab. Its skin was a lighter shade of purple and its body was shaped like taller Agumon's but was a bit taller. it had a sorta feminine looking face with lopsided features (like one eye much larger than the other and a crooked smile) . Has the ability to talk and is apparently about half as smart as a human (my dream wiki told me).Three people broke into its room and acted like it wasn't there initially. They were looking for something in the cabinets. The lizardman beheaded one in one strike and the remaining two ran off

I was in a FPS game and died. Everything went black, a "results screen" flashed before me and then I woke up

A recurring one, where I am bound with my hands and dangling from a hook. My body is flayed open and there's a group of shadow men in the room with me, assuring me that they will fix me.

It sounds like a nightmare but I don't experience it like that at the time? Dreams are weird.

Yeah like you forgot you somehow had massive stacks of money somewhere in your house that you totally forgot about. The dream even has a way of making you feel as if you genuinely forgot about it.

I often dream my house has entire areas in it that I've forgotten about.

It is total BS that dreams only occur during REM, at least for me. My most vivid dreams happen when I take a short nap. Hell, Saturday I nodded off for less than 5 minutes and dreamt.

Had a longer one last night that flowed a bunch of weird stuff together.

It started with visiting a community of foreign people that had moved in next door. And I do mean a full community, multiple families that had set up on the land. They were farming on the land and had been hunting in the woods nearby because there were some dead animals strewn around or set up to be preserved for later.

That turned into being ushered into this weird hotel like building for a family vacation. I actually kind of liked the setup there; it was very open but looked cozy. Only weird thing was that there was some stuff around that looked... rotten?

Well it turns out that the hotel was actually part of a dimensional warp or something because I turn a corner and there's people armed with medieval weapons and armor shambling around like zombies. One of them threw an axe at me and I was able to pick it up and use it to deflect another couple tosses. Then killed them (was only successful because they were zombie clumsy). Took the shield too and found a weird helmet.

Sat down somewhere to try and fix the helmet because it wasn't sitting right, and things shift again while I was preoccupied. After that I was in the home with some family who thought I was a VR character in the video game the kid was playing. Shrugged and played along for a bit. Was about to smash a little toy boat when pop, back in the hotel and it's morning.

While shuffling out, I mention the "weird Viking dudes" to one of the people who work there in passing and got wide eyes in return, like they knew exactly what I was talking about.

Then I woke up.

I had one of those weird dream sequences where you can fall back asleep and resume it, so that was cool.

I dreamed I was deemed violent and aggressive by others, turning into a large anthro wolf. Some girl felt sorry for me and draped a flower or necklace on my paw and I just looked down at it confused. Then I did what anyone would do if they were finally dreaming this scenario.

I dug a hole, like a wolf/dog, for no reason. Then I looked around and woke up. :|

Funny thing is, during the blurring transitional stages of wake/sleep I swear I could feel changes in my own limbs such as claws. It was neat I suppose.

being in my 5th grade classroom (along w my 5th gr. teacher), i & my classmates were adults. she had a small library with weirdly specific books (pet animals from star wars galaxies, movies beginning with 'w', shit like that)

then as i was leaving there had been a shooting at the car pick-up lane. then they were shooting up the rest of the school. i found myself hiding on the roof listening to it from the windows. the shooter came out and it was like a 9 year old kid

somehow made it home on the bus. my bus driver was val from the office. i was gonna go to arby's with my dad and i was looking on the menu to see if they had the jamocha shake still but everything was americanized (arby's-ized?) chinese food. the bus despawned i guess but val was still there and she just hopped in the car with us because she couldn't take a hint. giant warrior statue towering over our neighborhood "it's always been there" sure dad. sure val.

Had a sort of a cohesive narrative dream for once.

I'm in a metro station that's in the middle of an indoor mall with all surfaces painted white. A woman and her two kids are at an info desk and they don't know how to use the card reader for the metro. Somehow, the card reader is on the ceiling, but also, despite being really far up, I can reach it and have it read my metro card.

I enter the metro and immediately know it has only five stations, and that it has a branching line that's literally only a few meters long and ends at a station called "metal yard".
I overhear a couple excitedly talking about how much less it costs to go to the beach with the metro instead of trying to find a parking spot for hours.
I'm then on the line to the beach.

In no time at all I am at the beach. It has an access road that's not meant to be used by vehicles, but apparently some rich guywho I can tell is rich because he is the only perso on the beach smoking a cigardoes not care and reguarly drives his car onto the beach. I note this to a man who is a "beach master" and convince him to install a rumble strip on the access road (as if that somehow will stop a car).

Soon after, the rich guy's bodyguard or something comes and uses a brush to wipe away the rumble strip, and inexplicably turns a part of it into a rubber mat with a "B" on it that lands by me. I deduce that this "B" stands for Bentley, the rich guy's car. I place the rubber mat on the access road, and this somehow pisses off the rich guy so much that he issues a death warrant on whoever did it.

He has no clue it is me, but as I suspect that he might find out if I stick around, I do my best to appear inconspicuous as I escape back to the metro. Somehow, it goes all the way to and through Mexico City to an elevated line near another beach in some unknown tropical location. I can see from the window that a limousine as long as a cargo train is arriving at the same time as me at the station. The limo belongs to the hit squad the rich guy sent after me, from which a dude dressed in a glittering purple tuxedo and two smaller guys in glittering blue tuxedos emerges.

Fortunately, I am armed with a minigun(!) and engage them in combat where the smaller guys are eliminated easily but the purple guy takes like ten seconds of continuous hits before he keels over. But it's not over yet! More hitmen arrive, and they have rocket launchers and jetpacks. I retreat into a medieval castle, and they follow me there, where the fight becomes an Unreal-esque deathmatch where I too gain a jetpack. I fly through holes in the floors and celilings to reach other areas and collect powerups as I seem to fight an endless stream of glitter-suited hitmen without taking a scratch myself.

Then some time later, I am in a near-empty bus that's being driven by gorilla-like rotund human who by his own admission is an alien being. We're in a desolate city and the bus keeps running over zombies, with no reaction at all from the driver or the few passengers. It's like they're on their way to work and the zombies are just a minor potholes that slightly rock the bus now and then.

A moment later the bus has stopped, and the driver is out having a smoke. I am there by him, and he talks about how the children in a nearby school are unruly rascals. I get a vision of a school yard where the basketball hoop is literally a urinal. The bus driver then hands to me a pair of black mittens, and says they might be mine. But I literally cannot take them. Throughout this entire adventure, I have not once seen myself, as if I was a noncorporeal being.

The few passangeres are outside as well, and an arrow appears over their heads as if it's a character select screen form a video game. I cannot see the other characters in detail; the arrow over a black woman wearing a pink t-shirt and denim shorts is bopping up and down.
"Are you sure of that?" the smoking gorilla-alien dude asks me with doubt in his raspy baritone voice.
I then wake up.

I just woke up from this one....

I was at a dinner that was hosted by some conservative guy, his wife who I called Mrs. H, Biden, Dumbfuck, and a few others.

Dumbfuck was typical Dumbfuck, claiming he started recognition of multiple holidays. People rolled eyes and kept quiet. He threw a bitch-fit when no one thanked him for his "work". Then someone interrupted him to corrected him. He threw a bigger fit then stormed out. Biden was next to leave, but said something about going to get Kamala and how she's been working hard. The host scoffed and said something about how she has the states but how they won't make it easy for her. Biden and the host started to argue as they left the house. I asked Mrs. H how she dealt with her husband for so long. She answered with a shrug. I was still hungry so I started looking for burritos.

My dream had a few parts but i only remember the last one. I was walking my dog (pomeranian) around my neighborhood and noticed his prey drive going off, lol. I looked over and saw a polar bear eating a deer. So I picked up my dog which was a hassle because he was not on a leash for some reason. Almost didn't catch him in time. I then walked the opposite direction from the bear back to the house. We made it back safely

I wanna know what dope ppl take to have such long and detailed dreams. Either that or I wonder if there is a weird thing where people can't help but lie about their dreams to make them more interesting.

The ones I can actually remember. They are usually void of any logic whatsoever. To where I can't even explain them. The environments and people shift. Even my perspective shifts from observer to active. The most absurd situation ever could be going on to where I can't even come up with an example. It's just sometimes I will wake up and be able to recall a small detail and think of how weird that is and then I forget.

I need to setup a voice thing to make keeping a dream journal more realistic. I don't feel like writing shit down especially if I'm not done sleeping.

Random. Does anyone else sometimes become aware they need to pee in a dream and then in the dream actually go to the bathroom? That happens to me all the time. I've heard of people pissing the bed because of that. Thankfully I have never done that. Instead, it's just a very weird unsatisfying feeling. Wake up, then go to the bathroom.

Only recurring dream I have that bothers me is about this time I had to take my friend from Japan to Urgent Care in the middle of the night. The situation itself was pretty scary but not too wild. The dreams about it become worst case scenarios. Like somehow I get blamed for it all and for some strange reason end up in trouble.

I was in this small town. I think a apocalypse has happened but the town is untouched. Everyone is in a parking lot. Everyone is trying to figure out what happened. Communication is cut off. I can only guess a girl who is my girlfriend suggests we figure out what happened. We seek a few people out who want to leave to find out. I woke up at this point. Weird thing is I've had this same dream before. That's bad. That only happens when a dream will happen which has happened a few times. This has me scared

I don't know how much it helps but I tend to spend my time trying to get to sleep daydreaming narratives. It might help get into the mindset or something.

It's also probably a personal thing. I'll have fades or abrupt shifts sometimes but I never get the complete gibberish dreams I see memes about.

i get really vivid long dreams when my anxiety is through the roof. parts of it can be jumbled up some and i omit those details that i can't describe well. sometimes the way i describe a dream can be chronologically off too but i just try to piece them together as best i can

Any case, I don't recall the order of the dream but tonight's was talking with my grandma about going to the local dispo to get her a card. Then me walking into a secret meeting of sorts, of I guess the top people in an apartment complex.. They were talking & eating breakfast, a single plate of scrambled eggs & bread. Dunno, who they were but I saw food & sat my ass down. Can't say no to food.

I'm in room along with some other people. We're there to be photographed. Seems normal and mundane. Then I start to feel unsure about my paticipation when one photo is to feature a man and woman in a bed, both topless, on top of each other. One pair does the photoshoot gladly, but when it's my turn, I get cold feet. I sit by myself on the bed, tightly clutching a blanket over my chest, and I am being pestered by the others for being a stick in the mud.

Eventually, I get so annoyed that I produce an empty Pringles container from thin air and throw it at the group. This makes them scatter and I'm able to escape out of the room and to the outside, where the ground is covered in snow. Despite being barefeet and inexplicably only possessing a newspaper for modesty, I don't freeze, and in short order I make my way home where I to my relief collect a shirt from a wardrobe to wear.

I absolutely have those meme dreams. Mine are utter insanity and nonsense.

I wouldn't be surprised if I have a sleep problem. In the last decade or so I noticed something that didn't used to happen in early life. I either enter REM really quickly or you can dream outside of it. When I lay down I can always tell I am about to fall asleep because my thoughts because very scatered. I describe it as if I am dreaming while still technically awake. Or like my mind tunes into random radio frequencies showcasing total gibberish.

I always wake up quickly after that happens. If I didn't I wonder if I would start wetting the bed. I do not need that problem. In the dream its a weird feeling because I can kinda remember feeling relieved to get to a bathroom followed by a long piss that doesn't' take away the feeling at all and that is not a pleasant feeling at all.

two things i remember from last night's dreams:

I was on a flying broomstick and being chased by a godzilla-sized mammoth. I barely ascended in time before it ate me. I then tried to hurt it with lightning spells (the kind that strikes from the clouds). Woke up before anything else happened

Went back to bed and dreamt about being in school again lol. I was running around the gymnasium w/ super agility and avoiding the other students.

Does anyone else have dreams that are just you telling someone about/describing the previous dream from just before?
I get those alot

It's not really Inception style "dream within a dream" as much as it Dream, the sequel
