With the new one out I wanted to catch up on the trilogy I watched rise a while ago, watched dawn last week and war now. I think this was the weakest of the 3 but still solid. I am thinking between a 7 and an 8. They were ballsy to kill off his son which was a big part in dawn. Also ballsy to never use the same humans. That said the girl is the worst if the humans they have had. Also of matt reaves movies I have seen, this is the weakest (batman, apes 2 and 3). Lets see how kingdom does and I may even watch the 1960s original. All in all one solid as franchise. Better than the typical hollywood blockbuster franchises. Give me apes over blue avatar people any day ... Copied to Clipboard!
