omniryu 05/22/24 10:44:02 PM #1:	Ok, so to make things easier I will use nicknames. edit: Romeo, Juliet, and poison seem more serious than Popeye, Juliet, and Bluto. Romeo - my friend Poison - Poison's Romeo friend he met on Fortnite and Olive Oyl's ex-boyfriend. Olive Oyl - Poison's ex-girlfriend. Don't want her ex back. Interested in Romeo and one other friend in the group (he's irrelevant for now). Romeo, mid-30s, and in a situation-ship. He met Poison on Fortnite. The guy is in his early 20s and lives with his Ex-girlfriend, Olive Oyl, and her family. Olive is around the same age as Poison. Well, Romeo and Poison friend bonded for a couple of months even with songs that touched their heart. So they would play with a couple of other friends and his Olive Oyl would jump in. The last several weeks from today is where things become interesting. So over the last few weeks, Romeo started to play exclusively with his Olive Oyl. I noticed it and just had only speculations in my head. Romeo soon confessed to me that had some type of interest in Olive Oyl. The friend notices it too and starts to become jealous. Olive Oyl confessed she has feelings for Romeo (and vice versa) and another one of their Fortnite friends. The question I ask I want to know is if my friend is in the wrong for liking this girl even though she is single. She stated that she doesn't want her Poison back. If Romeo was in the same position, I know he would be mad. There are things I think that should be clear. Olive Oyl can and should date anyone she wants. I think Poison needs to move out and move on with his life. While Olive Oyl doesn't belong to Poison, I think it is messy for Romeo to do that to a friend. Am I in the wrong here? I mean they live in different states so I don't think it is that big of a deal.
