It's all gacha so they extract your money?

or do they mean it's all cs_office?

it seems to be a game mode where you take resources with you into a mission, try to survive and complete the mission, and bring what resources you can back with you (or if you die/fail you lose what you brought). I see the term applied to shooters not RPGs though, so not sure I have it right.

not sure of any examples. I played a tiny bit of Heroes of Hammerwatch where you only get to keep what you manage to send back to the surface at randomized elevator locations, but this sounds slightly different than that.
