yea, I was going to recommend doing stuff like stretches, but yoga sounds good.

Strong core muscles, avoid excess belly fat, and staying flexible(hamstrings especially). Get into the habit of doing light stretching/warm up routine in the morning, before starting your day. If you do a manual labor job, don't try to tough it out or be the strong man. Find a good mattress for your sleep style. Get good shoes for your needs.

Exercise, hydrate, eat well, don't sit around for too long without getting up to stretch
