Strong core muscles, avoid excess belly fat, and staying flexible(hamstrings especially). Get into the habit of doing light stretching/warm up routine in the morning, before starting your day. If you do a manual labor job, don't try to tough it out or be the strong man. Find a good mattress for your sleep style. Get good shoes for your needs. ... Copied to Clipboard!
