Some obvious mild changes to make it reasonably possible to move without the Force (in Canon or EU one, Vader leans quite heavily on the Force to assist with movement), but you suffer the same injuries, the same respirator, the same deficiencies with the suit.

Or you could opt to die.

Vader probably needs the force to assist with movement because his real arms and legs are gone. Cosplayers have no issues moving in Vader suits.
