Back when I used to train, I had to eat 3000 calories for maintenance. It's closer to 2200 these days.

I've never paid even the slightest attention to calories or what's in the food I eat.

Daily. I've had a very fast metabolism my entire life and I've been running almost every day for about 20 years now, so 2000 calories would be a borderline starvation diet for me.

Yeah prob when I drank daily and also when I was more physically active as a teenager but I dont do those anymore.
I tend to eat a meal every 12 to 24 hours or so atm. With some light snacking inbetween. Im not sure how many calories that is. I weigh slightly less than my teenaged self atm which is probably a bad thing. It started sometime in January. My appetite just gradually lowered I'm not sure why --- I'm a Taurus.
