Wonder Kid, Ghosts n Goblins, Bubble Bobble (always played co-op).

Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Super Off Road
1989

So it just makes the cut. I remember the arcade being unusual in that it had 3 stand up steering wheels iirc. The game itself was also pretty awesome, for what it was and is the first true test of being able to learn left/right steering while having a fixed perspective.
