Usually low Vitamin D. And even on complete blood panels they dont test basic vitamin levels. I have a separate medical condition that causes issues with low vitamin d. When I first started getting sick I had numerous blood tests done and it wasnt until a specialist checked my vitamin d and found it was crazy low. That took well over a year. I was annoyed with all the people I had seen that no one checked something so basic.

I sleep for more than 12 hours a day. It could also be testosterone since I have a shitload of prolactin in my body or whatever, but I have been dealing with the prolactin longer than the sleep issues.

Part of me wants to do a 180 and go back to it being sleep apnea because that seems like the most forceful explanation. I don't know that anxiety or stress would really do this, but come to think of it being a hiki neet for years could be it

If your sleeping for more than 12 hours a day, speaking from experience get yourself tested for sleep apnea. I was sleeping between 14 and 16 hours a day, always tired. Parents suggested getting tested for sleep apnea, and I found out that I was only actually getting 1/2 hr of proper sleep. That I was deemed an extreme case having over 40 interruptions a night, which could be snoring, getting up to use the bathroom, or I stopped breathing.

I have a sleep apnea machine now, and while it took some getting used to, I wake up around 6 hours later and I'm nearly fully refreshed.

That sounds horrible. I brought it up with my mom at one point and she didn't think it was that, although she very well may be wrong.

It may be your diet. Your blood sugar crashing all the time. It could be auto-immune disease. It could be liver, kidney issues. It could be sleep apnea. There's just a whole host of things.

Its not just being tired either. It's my whole personality. When I sleep with my mask on, and I get a full nights sleep, I'm cheerful, able to process information, and I'm not snapping at people. When I wasn't I was always pissed off.
