Shit on old people for nigerian prince scams or obvious phishing links, but this is unprecedented. A dude almost got fired at a school because of an ai voice clip. If you didnt know what ai was capable of would you easily be able to tell this is fake? The vid is hilarious but its basically a primitive version of a scam Ive always said would become widespread. In this case its easy to tell just based on the content of the speech and the way the video aligns with the speech. But in a better implemented version of this scam it would be a voice-call from your daughter asking for some money to get her car towed or something.
