Do you consider this rude? They ask the same or similar questions so you give the same or similar answers.

For example, this company asked me about my experience about computer science and information systems. I give my detailed response. And then they ask me about my hands-on experience about computer science and information systems. I feel like my previous response would already answered everything. I don't want to come of condescending but should I just give the same detailed response? Honestly, these kind of questions turn me off and questions me on how they run things.

I've applied to a ton of companies in my life time and this'll never make sense to make. A lot of questions they ask can be answered if they simply read my resume but I've been told by friends and associates who are hiring managers and they tell me they don't give a fuck about reading the resume.

I've had similar experiences and other experiences as well with them become possessive, rude and shady etc

But I've also had a lot of great experiences as well.

A lot of them don't have any actual tech knowledge about the roles they're doing staffing for so they sometimes ask those types of questions in repeat. I'd say go with giving as detailed a response as possible and be polite

The interviewing process is about getting a read on your personality. Tone & how you respond helps them to see if you are a fit for their organization or not.

Lae arrived on time for her job interview at a lawyer's office in Bristol.
But after 20 minutes, it had been cancelled and she was asked to come back the next day.
She left upset, only to receive a message later saying the "cancellation" had actually been a test, which she had failed.
She did not get the job.

Aixin Fu also had a bizarre experience. She applied for a student ambassador job for minimum wage at a university.
During a group interview, everyone was asked to crawl around on their hands and knees and moo like a cow.
We did that for about three to four minutes, she recalls.
"At the time, I was quite annoyed. It was highly inappropriate.
"But there was a bit of peer pressure because everyone else was doing it."

Recruiters usually don't know shit about technical jobs. I feel like you just need to give them reasonable answers and sound confident at it and you're good.
