I have 8TB of storage and have used 6TB of them. In fairness, it's about 50-50 between games and videos taking up the majority of storage space.

2TB separate storage drive that's only for games works, I have to uninstall stuff sometimes but whatever. I have 2 more tb that I've been reserving for a potential reformat but I haven't used it for anything so far.

I've got 5TB going across three drives and its been serving me well.
One's just for video editing, leaving 3TB for gaming/etc and I haven't ran into an issue since I tend to uninstall big games after I finish them. --- She/They, no substitutions~ ... Copied to Clipboard!

If I were to build mine from scratch I'd go with no less than 4tb and a spare drive for the os, itself no smaller than 2tb

My 3TB of storage feels adequate for the older games I have installed. I'll upgrade both SSDs to 4TB soon since games are getting huge.

At least 2 or 3 TB. 1TB isn't enough anymore it will fill up quick because games nowadays are massive.
