As soon as the 90s hit and Michael Jordan and the Bulls started wearing long athletic shorts and then the Fab Five at Michigan popularized them even more finally the availability of long athletic shorts changed and I switched over to long and baggy. Been that way the last almost 35 years and Ill never go back to short shorts. Its the equivalent of tighty whitey underwear. It was ok as a kid 40 years ago but Im not wearing that now. I will also say though I never wear anything but athletic shorts. No cargo shorts, no Jean shorts, no type of dress shorts. 100% athletic shorts, most of them Adidas shorts. Athletic shorts tend to be long and baggy still. I like that. And Ill buy them big.
