I don't think he should be treated any different than any other person irregardless of his wealth, political aspirations, or former presidency. If he is irresponsible and unwilling to follow the rules of the court then he should face the same consequences any of us would.

The judges don't have the courage to treat him the way they would anybody else who flagrantly disregarded court orders the way Trump has. He knows this.
