It was when I was still very much in my {DISCOVERY PHASE}. I realised I very much enjoyed the feeling of both leather and rubber. I still do, but I don't have the body for either. Still grab a few favourites out of the wardrobe on occasion, but that's neither here nor there.

Anyway, when I was *finding myself* there very much a seller's market for [very cheap and schlocky] facsimiles of Roman Centurion/Gladiator or Spartan garb.

My first spicy club, I found out why.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, Murmillo > Spartan hoplite.

Me, I just wanted a pair of rubber pants that fit properly.
