I'd have to go with Ice, assuming they aren't so cold that they would give your mount frostbite.

There's a reason BoltBeam is such a tried and true offensive combo. Electric STAB and Ice Fang is definitely the more valuable option, except maybe if your team already so effectively handles Ice-weak opponents that Ice Fang would be super redundant.
