If they could truly have it there way, they should be able to touch any and every child and woman they want. They also would not get rid of minority women. They would use them as sexual slaves.

So you guys are reacting to the headline and not to what the ruling was actually about, right? The justices who ruled in favor of the archdiocese aren't ruling in favor of sexual abuse, but against the concept of retroactively enforcing laws. Louisiana's constitution specifically states No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, except by due process of law. The lawsuit against the archdiocese came under a law passed in 2021 that the state passed stating that there is no longer a window for suing previous child molesters. Yes the ruling is abhorrent, but let's not act like Louisiana just raised a billboard saying "Sexual Abusers are welcome here". Don't forget this used to be a Jim Crow state, that kind of law would open the window for a lot more lawsuits that these guys don't want to pay up for.
