Haven't been back in over 2 years. So I decided to head back now.

It will be a 24/7 World's Gym. Best part is that it's right next to work.

When you go back. Do more training on technique for the first month or two. The reason, you want to create a habit, your muscle memory will start developing, your body will adapt to the form. When you think you are ready, do pyramids as sets. Check your form and balance.

This is what I always say but people get bored. Two months on technique and form will save you headaches. Proper form will always outclass the weight applied.
