We got one at work and the only things I can think of that it'd be clutch for is separating fine particulate from things we serve like cold brew. Or maybe we could batch matcha and fuge it out so it stays stable and we wouldn't have to make that on a per drink basis.

But there's gotta be cooler things, right?

Like, some wild-ass shit?

tbh it's not even really *for* my role in the business but it's not *not* for my role.

Feel like you could do that easily with just a bunch of gummy bears, a pot on low heat, and a silicone mold.
