Depends on the game. If I really enjoyed it, I'll play it multiple times. I remember I played through the original Ratchet &Clank three times in a row.

Depends on the game.

Like games that are somewhat linear in how you build your characters and such, I likely won't immediately replay. Games like BotW/TotK and Sekiro I only played through once then moved on to the next game since I didn't feel a reason to go back into it. Meanwhile games like Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk I immediately went back into for a 2nd (and 2 more after that in BG3's case) playthrough since there were other builds I wanted to play with and had different choices I could make.

Granted, there are some rare cases where I'll replay through a linear game if they give me a good reason to do so. Like RE4 Remake I replayed multiple times because you unlocked new things by beating the game a certain way, and I did 1 or 2 easier runs to unlock items that would make the "S+ on Pro difficulty" run less stressful to go through.

At least Im asking, to try and understand, rather than just attacking that of which I do not understand. Eh? Eh?

Yeah I really never understood how people can do this. To me it is like being like "Man that lasagna was delicious. Welp, time to eat another lasagna."

I still mostly believe this. But the guy who brought up MUA did indeed show me its possible to want Lasagna Twice in a row.

But its definitely a rarity

Yea, but why do people feel the need to 100% a game? That Ive never understood either.

Like if a game no longer becomes fun, then stop playing. No need for a 100% achievement if the award its worth the time spent.

The only game Ive played immediately after defeating it is Marvel Ultimate Alliance, but Ive beaten Urban Reign multiple times. Also Mortal Kombat Special Forces for some unknown reason lol

If the achievements are very annoying I won't bother. I keep playing as long as I'm having fun.

100% a game is fun for some people And just because it takes multiple playthroughs doesnt mean it wont be fun

I've platinumed a few games but only one I did intentionally. Mgs V. Only annoying one was capturing all the animals but I wasn't about to be one trophy away from platinum. The rest I had fun getting and they gave me a reason to keep playing without them I woulda probably been done with the single player side of the game

I honestly don't get this either. There is a professional youtuber reviewer who seems like a really nice guy but he said he beat Baldur's Gate 3 a dozen times

How you can you beat that game that many times and also play or review other games so completely. Plus he also made it sound like it was start to finish not just a bunch of save files to see different endings.

I usually never unless it was a short game and I enjoyed it just that much.

One of the few games I can remember doing this was with Bioshock Infinite. Which surprisingly enough I don't think is that great.

But That's the entire premise of Rogue-likes Is replaying them over and over.
