I hate being like this

I have such a big choice of games that by the time I have thought of which one I want to pick up, I don't want to play one anymore

Seems like the only thing I can get interested in is new releases

Same. I just moved so Im still in that weird transitory state, and anytime I wanna take a break from sorting everything I just dont want to play anything.

Though I havent set my ps1 up yet

The interest is there for quite a few games, but then I start feeling guilty or some shit that I'm not playing this other game or that other game instead

DBZ Kakarot
Skyrim

Less so

Cyberpunk 2077
Metro 2033

But anytime I start one I'm like "well why am I not playing this other one" and stop, and by the time I've went through turning on and off 2 or 3 I just give up

Seems like you enjoy purchasing games more than actually playing them. Its a hard trap to get out of. Focus on the fact that you are getting old and wont have the time you used to have to play games and try to limit your purchases moving forward

Yeah, this is me. It feels good when I buy a game at a big discount, even if I may not have the time play it.
