I just watched it for the first time on Shudder. Came out in 1997 and it stars Javier Barden, Rosie Perez, and the late James Gandolfini.

It's about two Mexican gangsters and well if you haven't seen it it's like Scarface and Natural Born Killers but even way more fucked up than either of those movies if you can believe it. Holy shit this movie will stick in my mind forever.
