When it comes to multi platform titles I will always get it on PlayStation strictly from a PlayStation vs Switch perspective and not counting PC. I dont care about portability nor do I desire handheld mode. I want to play hooked up to a big screen tv always. The Switch is obviously quite underpowered between the two. With that being said at least Nintendo has a group of exclusives and a real reason to own it. The PS5 is legitimately just a more powerful PS4 at this point. The amount of true PS5 exclusives is paltry. Consoles really are turning more and more into PCs in the fact that its the same library of games available to you, just different levels of hardware. We have to accept the fact that new consoles dont mean new libraries of games anymore. With access to the PS4's library alongside the native PS5 smaller games that keep missing the xbox yet tend to have ass performance with the switch version (the star ocean 2 rs and majority of other smaller japanese games) I am constantly playing something on the PS5 and is by far my most used gaming whatchamacalit. Like I didn't even finish FF7 rebirth yet and rise of the ronin came out and took most of my attention. Game is fun, lol. Switch tends to collect dust for me until there is another mario, donkey kong country (still waiting since wii u's tropical freeze....), fire emblem, or xenoblade I want to play.
