You do realize how hard it'd be to fire a missile through its mouth and actually straight into its belly, right

And suppose it had a toxin in its stomach that, when penetrated, released tons of poison into the atmosphere, killing far more than the monster itself?

Yeah but that's merely shooting into a small opening. In this case, they'd have to shoot the missile into the opening, and then somehow remotely control it so that it curves through the throat and along the digestive track until it hits the stomach, so that it doesn't just hit, say, the back of the mouth, and be ineffective.

i bet nukes would do the job, just don't force movie bullshit about monsters absorbing it

A suicide bomber attack would work. Someone agrees to let the monster swallow them and set off a bomb. Back in the 60s in Fantastic Four, Thing jumps down the throat of a giant creature and sets off a nuke but he was able to run out and escape

But that's where I got the idea. It's in Issue 4 of the original 1960s series I think

New idea:

The dark haired female said the beast was eating people.
Someone would volunteer to heroicly sacrifice himself with bomb. Bomb is timed to go off inside beast after hero man is eaten.
Cover hero man with prime cow meat to make him look even more tasty to the beast.
