Imagine trying to get a doctor's appointment or a dentists appointment when they scale hours back 20%. There's no rational thought put into it other than "I wanna work less for the same money".

Honestly, this isnt a bad point, but I dont think it can be used to dismiss the entire 32-hour workweek concept. Especially so when considering there is no real benefit to the 40 hour workweek over the 32.

Correct me if Im wrong, but it works in other nations. Why wouldnt it work in the US?

Being a defense lawyer for "Why people should work MORE" is certainly a take.

Thats what you're worried about? Healthcare appointments? Lol

What makes you think they would want to scale back their own hours anyway. They want those consults, hourly $$$$.

Imagine how easy scheduling said appointments would be if it was easier to be gone for a full weekday. Maybe everyone 4 days a week is too far but I dont think everyone at 5 is the idealized perfect schedule either.

I'm seriously tired of these blatant troll topics from people who've never worked a day in their life.

Ben shapiro talking about how people should work until they die, railing on places like Aldi where cashiers sit in chairs, as if he's ever done anything with his hands other than JO, trying to tell others they need to work harder, pretending his 1 hour a day podcast spreading antisemitism and hate is hard work.

Opening hours dont change because businesses want to make money

This was 2 years ago. Get over it. Holding on to a grudge so you can shame tc over something petty so you can have an excuse to call him a troll. Grow up.
Edit: nvm I made a mistake. Tc has history.

Yeah I wasn't just holding on to one random thing, I was just posting one of the few posts of his that slipped through the cracks, since the rest of his stuff gets modded often because... history.

You get paid the same. Don't lose healthcare.
And have 8 extra hours.

You could add those hours to something else and make money from it if you wish.

Don't think a typical doctor office is even open 8 hours.
Won't even effect them.

Uh, you do realize most doctors and dentists already only work 4 days a week, right? Most take either Wednesday or Friday off and their office just straight up is closed that day. And for things like hospitals, there's a thing called shifts, where not everybody works the same four days.

I feel like you literally didn't think your post out for even a few seconds, you just wanted to be negative.
