Do you usually eat a really big meal or have something special before fasting starts? So normally I have a bowl of Msli for breakfast. Since I'm fasting, I also had an extra vanilla yoghurt and some glasses of water. When I was younger, one of my uncles used to spend an hour or two pumping weights before breaking his fast I myself am considering jogging or something on the days where I work from home I got respect for folks who pull that off.
