im in act iv but i cant seem to arrange tiles right to get expansion orbs to grow my base. ive tried spawning a shit ton of counts lands and stuff, the most ive ever gotten in a successful run was 3 and i need like fuckin 80 of them

and the only class i seem to be successful with is necro but its slow as balls

Desert + Forest + River = going infinite

In my experience, your deck has too many things. To be successful in these random ass kard games, you generally want a small, specialized build.

I do:
Village | Grove
Vampire Mansion | Battlefield | Bookery (optional)
Rock | Forest
Oblivion | Treasury | Krypt

If your tryna farm expansions, I reccomend going back to chapter 2 or 3. Longer runs may be more favorable than numerous short ones.

Also, you want to spawn a lot of mobs asap, but as a Necro, you don't want Goblins or Theives around for long. I usually plan my villages so that Theif Kamps will only have access to Ransacked Villages, which they kan't actually reach, and save Oblivions for Goblin Kamps after third or fith loop.

As a Necro, forests are a god-send. That speed is great and the Forrested Villages they spawn are a great place to rest, since the enemies only kounter attack, and thus, only hit your skeletons.

Bookery is mainly for getting rid of lower quality rocks n forest kards, if you kan afford to stall a bit. Having only Mountains and Thickets placed is nice. Also, book is needed to farm Time Shards (I haven't unlocked watchers)

necro is slow as fuck but if you got archers and put a bunch of shit around your base to farm, he can rack up gear pretty quick
idk what the game calls them, but those abomination things that spawn from the grove always give like 3-4 pieces of rank 9+ orange gear

I think my cards are just not well set up. I haven't played it in a while but I remember liking the Necro.

Also forgot how much that boss song slaps, game has such a great soundtrack.
