I'm looking to expand my horizons. Since this is give or take, mine is puttanesca. Very simple, very tasty.
Garlic and anchovy in pan (paste or fillets, whatever gets you going). Mash it all together into a glorious garlic anchovy paste and let it cook a bit Add in a bunch of chopped black olives Let that sizzle sizzle Once it's looking fine, add entire can of roma tomatoes Let that baby simmer and reduce I usually cook the sauce for about 45 to an hour thirty, adding water as necessary. Near the end, add capers Badda bing badda boom. You got yourself a sauce. You can probably find a better recipe online but hey that's the gist. I usually rock this boss sauce with spaghettini because I like the way it sounds --- Your infection, please I haven't got all night ... Copied to Clipboard!
