Eh phrasing is more important with a lot of people. Just inform them what Project 2025 is and how Republicans like Trump plan to immediately implement it if the election goes their way. It inspires a high degree of skepticism when you say stuff like "Democracy is at stake!" even if it's not far at all from the truth.

I'm going to need a national debt 'surplus' first in order to give Joe Biden "best".

Right now he is adequate.

If these presidents were Bethesda games, Joe Biden is how I feel about Starfield currently, while William Clinton is how I feel about Fallout 4. Finished the main story the most times, and has the most memories I still laugh about.

If you're a moderate/Republican then I can understand liking Obama more, but Biden is more progressive than Obama was on pretty much every issue. This opinion piece lays it out pretty well: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2023

Progressive idealism got way more popular between 2008 and 2020 so I still feel inclined to see Biden as an extension of Obama but dealing with a society that seems to be gravitating toward different extremes. It's quite possible they would both be more progressive if they had more favorable house/senate situations, although there's also the need to be re-elected which was likely what made Obama more moderate when he had more of Congress on his side.

Obama had like a 57-41 advantage in the Senate and still capitulated to Republicans on the ACA.
