I have a cold right now and I take all these at once every 8 hours:

Note that I NEVER go over the recommended dose on the label.

1 ibuprofen
2 Tylenol
2 teaspoon of codeine
1 Sudafed
5 sprays of sore throat spray
1 throat lozenge
1-2 cups of hot honey tea

if needed: 1 dose of steroid nasal spray
