We dated a couple years ago, I was super into her and things seemed to be going well until she suddenly dumped me for vague reasons. I really thought she was the one and had a very hard time getting over it.

She reaches out to me a couple months ago, telling me she wasnt ready for a relationship at the time and now has a better idea of what she wants (me). We text for a couple months, do a few FaceTimes, and seem poised to get back together. We finally meet up yesterday, and then today she ends it again telling me the spark still isnt there.

Sucks because she came back and did this right when I finally was starting to get over her. F*** dating man

So the texts and the FaceTimes everything was going good but she only dumped you immediately after seeing you in person again? Ouch.

Set boundaries bro. Never give someone an opportunity to play with your heart twice. Me and my gf broke up and were cool but Ive got other girls Im talking to. I didnt get her shit for Valentines Day either.

Just match the energy. One youll feel better and two women will respect you more for not being a doormat. Easiest way to lose a woman is to be a pushover.

That nice guy bullshit only works in movies.

It's not you at all it's her. Forget her completely, she's looking for thrills, sparks and excitement, but you're a human being and the purpose for your existence isn't to be just some thrill for her amusement.

She's trash for treating you like this and coming in your life just to discard you because she isn't amused enough by your presence. Don't let it effect your feelings about your self

Yep. S***s rough. Seeing her in person for the first time in 2 years brought back a lot of the feelings I previously had for her.

Yeah, when she reached out I think I knew deep down that the outcome would be the same if I let her back in. But its hard to say no to someone you had such strong feelings for. If she ever reaches out again, I think Ill know better now.

She's trash bro. Don't hate her, or hold out to revenge dump her if the 3rd time comes around. Just forget her. There's no more feelings for someone like that.

Been through something thats terribly similar to this. Broke up with this girl, and then months and months later on her own volition she starts hanging out with me every day again and things are like they were before, with us practically living together. My hopes are up and everything that maybe things actually turned out ok until one day its "sorry but I dont think I want to do this again, I just need to be alone I think".
After a while she starts texting and calling just like before so I just blocked her. Finally made a good decision.

Terrible thing to go through, man. =\

i've had something similar happen to me. except we dated for a few months the second go round.

it sucks to reopen a wound, but ending it because there's no spark is a fine reason. sometimes people just aren't feeling you, and that's okay. she thought she would be into it this time, but it wasn't the case.

just don't give her a third chance if it comes up.
