Loved Skyrim. Loved Fallout 3.

Never played Morrowind.

I don't care for Oblivion and New Vegas much but I can see why people could or do like them the most.

Fallout 4 is just... fine. Nothing terrible but nothing lighting my world on fire.

The voiced protagonist of fallout 4 made how crap the dialog option were even more obvious, so that2 why it gets my vote.

as far as gameplay, i honestly think it's skyrim. i mean at least F4 has weapon customization and upgrades, it has settlement building for those that enjoy it, automatron let you build your own robot buddies, etc. it definitely stripped away more RPG elements from 3/NV than i'd like, but it still has more to it than skyrim's infamous "swipe left and right many times" gameplay. or, you know... stealth archer

This.
Character creation is way better in Fallout 4. I also thought the faction quest lines were better.

hm

i see the argument for skyrim gameplay making it winner

but i think ill go with fallout 4, at least i was able to put a decent amount of time RPing into skyrim. not much, but more than fallout 4

i should replay new vegas again its been 5 months

that's a good point, skyrim lends itself better to actually roleplaying. which is important in a roleplaying game.

however, if the role you wanna play is some random person looking for your shitty baby, oh man, have i got the game for you

I love Skyrim but I disagree. You can't really deviate from "murderous Jack-of-all-trades" unless you try a stealth/archer build or a magic-only build.

Personally I ask myself this question: can I still enjoy the game without mods?

Skyrim: fuck no. I will never waste another hour on the drab, shallow, ugly-ass vanilla version of this game.

Fallout 4: surprisingly, yes. In fact, I recently made it about halfway through an unmodded playthrough on Xbox to see if that would improve the game's piss-poor stability (It didn't), and apart from the crashing, I still had fun. Vanilla combat is enjoyable, the DLCs never really disappointed me the way Skyrim's did, and the DLCs + Creations give enough new options beyond crap shacks and Minecraft blocks to keep settlement-building fun.

So you don't know how to build characters in Morrowind, gotcha!

Anyway I said Fallout 4 but honestly Skyrim is also casual as hell. I don't think Skyrim is all that good like most people do. Wide as an ocean deep as a puddle: the game.
