Instead of being like I didnt like this character and moving, they had to make it a whole big thing. I always hated that his role was reduced to basically nothing in Revenge of the Sith. Definitely the single worst character in the prequels, but it's not a runaway victory. He has his role to lead them to the Gungans twice, but somehow shows up in so many scenes as if he was on the same level as Obi-Wan.
