If Ace legitimately felt like Vince was effectively saying "You have to go around sexually harrasing our employees or you'll be fired" he'd just say "bet" quit and sue Vince. It doesn't really add up that Vince McMahon groomed and manipulated Johnny Ace as part of his sexual power play. Hell when Ace moved for work they started sending the victim to his hotel.
