So like I'm saying, you don't know they were dirty. For all you know, someone could have stolen that car. I'm also trying to understand why someone speeding and swerving through traffic decides to slow down and tailgate someone who braked to avoid an accident.

People driving like assholes usually don't take the time to see if the driver they are harassing is using a dash cam. I'm sorry you needed this explained to you.

Cops turn on their lights to blow through lights or stop signs all the time around here and then just shut them off a few feet later
