Less likely IMO. These tough guys all folded like lawn chairs once they landed in front of judges for their treasonous BS. Plus, I don't think any of them want to get Babbitted for their Mango Messiah.
I think it's more likely there will be a lot of crying and frothing, and more isolated incidents, (non-coordinated), of MAGAts acting out. And on the plus side, I'm sure preparations will be made in advance this time around, just in case.

The military as a whole leans against Republicans now and most support is probably at the lower levels.

I think we're safe from Trump winning. There's 2 important differences from 2016:

1. People know Trump can actually win.

2. January 6 escalated Trump from a mere buffoon to an actual terrorist.

An increasing number of people are realizing that Trump could unironically become the next Hitler if he actually wins. If Trump is on the ballot, we won't have the usual problems with young liberals being too lazy to vote and independents being too wishy-washy; there will be a massive turnout against Trump.

I have my doubts. The recent election in ohio shows that dems win. Ohio is so blue that it isn't even a swing state. While the media isn't reporting it PA also went very very blue. A year later people are still going to vote blue, so not only will trump lose, many seats in the congress also turns blue.

In fact there might be so much blue in both congress that a bunch of leftist policies will get passes including legalized abortion nationwide.

14th year in a row and 3rd year of Biden's presidency with the minimum wage sheepishly remaining $7.25 against all odds.
His complete unwillingness to make any executive decisions. Order the arrest of every Ohio GOP state rep for violating the Ohio constitution, you coward!
And the big one - His absolute, unwavering support for the rogue nation of the Israel.
