It's not "fused" with the glans, the foreskin's ring through which the glans comes out of is too small/not flexible enough.

When you say tip, you mean the actual tip, the end point of the penis, yes? Because you used glans too. Foreskin that still partially covers the glans/recess is probably fine, but foresking that goes all the way up to the tip while erect is extremely unlikely to not be phimotic. Granted, it could happen, as the definition is that it can't be pulled back at all, not exclusively when erect.

I was confusing the fusion part with a different condition, my mistake. But the part about being erect and still having enough foreskin to cover the tip (and then some) without being phimotic is definitely possible. I've seen it. The foreskin is for sure very loose and easily retractable. Just seems to be more foreskin than average.

I had to get circumcised because "my hood" was struggling to be pulled back like it should.

This wasnt a problem for me until about 6-7 years ago when suddenly it just was. I am considering the procedure myself as an adult (35). Ill have to raise the topic with my GP next time we speak.

It was "never a problem for me" because I didn't knew it otherwise, so I had this procedure after hitting 30 too.

It didn't stop me from feeling good during the act, even if there was some pain at the beginning every time, but for me, that's just how it was.

I never was in some relationship where I was able to ask my girlfriend "Hey, do you think there is something wrong with my penis", nor she would say something like "Hey, I think there is something wrong with your penis."

And goddamn believe me, admitting that "there may be something wrong with my penis" is the hardest part.

But the issue was especially bad during a simple handjob, and became too bad to handwave (pun intended), so I somehow researched a bit more (read: I googled stuff).

As always, if you google some medical problems, it tells you all the nightmare stuff what could happen in the very worst case.

I may be able to ignore pain during pleasure, but as I read words like "could cause glance strangulation" I went to the doctor in fear.
