When sex is work however, your sexual partner is essentially a co-worker. Or an employee in the event that you professionally produce your own content (this naturally only applies if you are hiring people to perform with, not if you are simply recording your otherwise private sexual activity) . This means now things are being viewed simultaneously through the lenses of bodily autonomy AND workplace discrimination. Ultimately, while bodily autonomy must always be respected, the implied motivations behind these decisions has changed, and those motivations are not immune to judgement even if the decision itself must be respected.
