It feels like Zell from FFVIII is hitting you as hard as he can from the inside. The nurse informs you that it's deadly serious and you need emergency surgery immediately but the nurse tells you not to worry, it's going to be fine as the most capable person in the galaxy will be performing the operation. You have some relief for a moment until you see said person walk in and horrified to discover that it's the person you hate the most in the entire world.
