Take the top cap off that and see if there's just some trash it. When the water fills to the level, it pushes a little pin down in that piece which stops the water. Sometimes there's trash in that spot making it stop the water. Otherwise, you can buy a box with all the internals for like $15-20. Very simple to replace all of it.
