It's a decent first step but there's going to need to be legislation to address some of this stuff.

Like if an AI involved in screening candidates was trained on data with inherent bias and so it deprioritizes black applicants, no human made that decision so can you hold anyone legally responsible and if so who? I'm not sure the law is equipped to decide that.
