Obviously context can matter (IE a long drive for food may be anything over 15 minutes, but a 15 minute work commute is not typically called a long drive) but generally speaking what amount of time constitutes a 'long drive'?

I like driving so even like an all day drive doesn't feel that 'long' to me.

3-4 hours usually. Any commute over 2 hours per day is longer than average for me.

i recind my vote (accidentally hit 18), but 2-3 hours imo. living in alaska, idk, hour drives to places are just normal

Three to four hours means wherever I'm going is at least an overnight stay and not a day trip.

over an hour. my normal work commute is 30 minutes and that's fine. getting up to the 45 minute drive for places is getting close to the long mark. but hour drives really aren't that bad but would hate it if i had to do it daily for work.

My daily commute is 40-70 minutes one way. So I consider it a "long drive" once it reaches 2+ hours.

It really depends.

I'd say an hour or two, but there have been times when a two hour drive doesn't feel as bad as two consecutive 20 minutes drives to and from somewhere.

That Was too much
Considering it was for my friends funeral, couldnt see very well, was in pain and had to deal with useless people who couldnt find their way out of a box. One hand didnt know know what the other was doing and it's your freaking job to set this up with dealing with loved ones in their time of greif. That trip back I was upset

2-3 is where I would say it's a long drive.

Longest I ever did was 27 hours from Northern Illinois to Central Florida. Never gonna do that straight through ever again.
