We just got an air fryer a couple months ago, and a couple days ago I had the genius idea to chop up some potatoes into wedges and coins and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and red pepper flakes. Bit of hot ketchup on the side? Talk about delicious. The other way I like them is Tornado Fries but those take significantly longer to make and I don't have the proper equipment to make them. Put a potato on a drill bit, spin it through a blade so it comes out super thin spirals and then deep fry it with a bit of salt/pepper. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. ... I grew purple potatoes once, they weren't worth the effort but they were good. I like the gold and fingerling ones, I eat the hell outta some taters.

My husband is from Idaho, so he has cooked potatoes so many different ways, but the way he's been doing them recently is among my favourites.
