Probably. I do know at a point they had to have someone running the station and you could see sometimes when they mucked around. I once turned it to the emergency alert system channel and saw someone having a text convo in the EAS command prompts. It was weird.

Now they're very automated to churn out stuff and no one to helm the ship.
