Pre-ordered it on Amazon, it still hasn't come yet. I complained, asking when it will come. The guy on the chat said tomorrow. I also asked if the pre-order bonus still applied. He said I will get a refund on that.

That didn't make any sense so I clarified what it was, in-game items. He said, oh don't worry just have the game and you'll get a full refund without having to return it.

Okay then :/

Yea amazon dgaf. As long as you don't have a history of trying to refund a million things, they just refund you and tell you don't worry about sending the item back.
Keep it quick and simple and keep the customers happy lol

I don't understand why you didn't think pre order bonus would still apply. Isn't that just a code they send you?

I didn't think I received it since I was never sent an email at launch.

i know amazon doesn't care about accidentally sending you double items either. think i ordered a game and got 2 copies, amazon didn't care. gave the other to a friend
