In the last couple of months or so, I've been getting a lot of them pop up on my feeds for new & recommended games. Even going by my library, the only truly "pervy" game I own is HuniePop, which I have mostly as a curiosity for the meme; even then, it's never had a big impact on my recommended titles.

i noticed that too, there's either way more being made or steam is pushing them to the front page more often. maybe both?

Hell GoG has tons of porn games now. I remember being able to sift through their rpg section fairly quickly not anymore now. I have to turn on the NSFW filter to skim them.

I thought GoG had standards before heh

I thought as much. I noticed that some of the suggestions are also based me having a bunch of games under the "female protagonist" tag, such as Momodora, Phantom Brave, CrossCode, & Shantae.

From my experience on Steam I don't get just outright recommended but I haven't blocked them from appearing when I am browsing. I feel like I checked a box somewhere that said don't recommend me games with nudity hah

Which now that I think of it Witcher 3 and Baldur's Gate 3 have it, but just I don't get recommended those cheap jrpg porn games that I recall often if ever and I even got some visual novels too off Steam.

I haven't seen any get recommended after I updated my store page to block Furry Titty like a vaguely sane person.

I got recommended this game called Scarlet Maiden that is basically a porn version of Rogue Legacy.

It is kinda fun.

Shit has been going on for a while now

I blocked porn games from showing in the store in my Steam settings so I don't see them. Don't wanna risk friends or family being around when a porn game gets advertised on Steam.
